Graduate Teaching Assistant, Fall 2008:  Still Life; Led individual critiques, taught drawing and painting techniques in a class focusing on issues of composition.
Graduate Teaching Assistant, Summer 2008:  Materials and Techniques; prepared class materials, led group critiques, demonstrated stained glass media.
Extensive community-based teaching experience with the University of the Poor and Media Mobilizing Project.

professional  affiliations

Coordinator, School of Arts and Culture, University of the Poor
Founded a local and national group of artists who work with poor people’s organizations and the Poverty Initiative.  Work has included carrying out a survey on Artists and Health Care (2006) and curating exhibitions.
Member, Media Mobilizing Project.  Organize arts and culture aspect of a group that aims to create the media infrastructure for a movement to end poverty.
